Join us for a morning of physical exercise and spiritual uplifting. Boot camp can be low or high impact. All are welcome to this free event. No registration needed.  

The event is Powerlifting to be demonstrated by Hailey Clayton who is a national powerlifting champion from Kennard-Dale High School. All are invited to come to the Lord's Gym where the demonstration will take place, there is no cost and no registration needed.
